CURTAINS STYLES

DOUBLE PLEATS

Double pleats are a modern spin on a classic. Pleats allow control over the excess fabric necessary for full, luxurious curtains. Rather than the typical three-fingered pinch pleat, a more contemporary two-finger, or double, pleat allows for less fabric in the curtain.

PENCIL PLEATS

The Pencil pleat is a traditional standard heading for curtains and valances. A 7.5 cm (3″) tape is used with three hook positions to suit all types of track and pole.

GOBLET PLEATS

Goblet Pleated draperies are a modern version of an old classic, the pinch pleat. The difference is basically a rounded shape at the top where the buckram (stiffener) is located to create the heading of the drape.

TRIPLE PLEATS / FRENCH PLEAT

The French pleat is a classic drapery heading also know as the three-finger pleat. It creates a sleek header for a curtain that controls fullness while allowing the curtain full functionality. The fullness is adjustable, depending on decor style, fabric choice, and functional requirements of the curtain.

WAVE CURTAINS

A wave curtain header blends easy styling with practical benefits for a laid-back look that’s tailor-made for modern living. A wave header gathers the curtain fabric into softly rippling folds. It’s perfect for creating a relaxed and informal feel within the home.

SCALLOPS

A Scallop Curtain is also called as “Scarves and Swags Curtain”. They can be used to decorate a wide variety of window types, either alone or in combination with other treatments. The curved shape of scarves and swags soften the lines and can help to make the window seem wider than they actually are.
